සහාධිපත්‍ය කළමනාකරණ අධිකාරියේ පළමුවන කලාප කාර්යාලය ”මාලිගාවත්තේදී” විවෘත වේ.
සහාධිපත්‍ය කළමනාකරණ අධිකාරියේ සේවා පුළුල් කරමින් ආරම්භ කරන ලද පළමු කලාප කාර්යාලය මාලිගාවත්ත නිවාස සංකීර්ණයේදී 2021.04.05 දින විවෘත විය.
"සෞභාගයයේ දැක්ම රාජ්‍ය ප්‍රතිපත්තියේ සෑම පවුලකටම සැප පහසු නිවසක්" සංකල්පය යටතේ සහාධිපත්‍ය කළමනාකරණ අධිකාරිය විසින් කොළඹ දිස්ත්‍රික්කය තුල ඉදිරි කාලයේදී ආරම්භ කිරීමට නියමිත කලාප කාර්යාල 4 අතරින් මෙම පළමු නියමු කලාප කාර්යාලය මෙය වේ.

Dr. Indunil Liyanage, senior manager and marketing professional assumed duties as the General Manager of Condominium Management Authority (CMA) of Sri Lanka.
