Notice to all residents of the Condominium properties with regard to instruction to turn off the air conditioning units during the peak hours.

We wish to inform you that Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka has taken a prompt decision to conserve electricity under prevailing power crisis.

Accordingly, all the residents of the condominium properties are hereby directed to minimize the usage as much as possible of the Air Conditioning units between 18.00hrs to 21.00hrs throughout the week with immediate effect until the situation is back to normal when it will be informed to you.

All the Management Corporation are also hereby given this notice strictly adhere to the above guideline.

A request letter dated 03/02/2022 addressed to the CMA in this regard is cited here with for your information & necessary action.
